Once fully thermally cured, the powder coat allows for a beautiful, long lasting, and durable finish that is unrivaled by other painting processes.  In order to allow the powder coat to have maximum strength of coalescence, the substrate must be entirely cleaned and free of any surface imperfections before the powder coat is applied

Preparation is a meticulous and time consuming process that includes degreasing, abrasive blasting, chemical bathing, out-gassing, and dust removal respectively. Each of these steps are taken to create the greatest level of powder coat adhesion possible in order to maintain maximum longevity and impact resistance.
